Andreal TM CLIXAR is a manufacturer and exporter of security seals.
For more than 20 years we have been creating high-tech security seals that can not be inconspicuously tampered, helping to save more than $500,000,000 of our clients’ property annually.
Our products meet international standards. The head office is in Odesa, Ukraine.
Pre-war situation
We had huge contracts with energetic companies from Columbia, Panama, we exported to 80 countries globally and supplied to other companies in all cities of Ukraine. We started to work on re-branding from GST to CLIXAR, created new logo, brandbook, website and marketing campaign. We started to build new factory that would be able to produce 1 billion of seals per year. January 2022 we have finished the re-branding project and wanted to start the re-branding campaign, but full scale invasion started
Effect of the war
During active war actions some of global companies stopped give us orders due to risk situation of non supply. And a lot of cities and regions of Ukraine are occupied. So our distribution zone is shortened. We never stopped cooperation and were searching for solutions in logistics, finances, sourcing supply and sales
Resulting challenges
We lost a lot of customers and in 2022 had financial losses. In 2023 we rebuilt management strategy and found new partners globally in order to compensate the financial losses and impact of war actions. We continue on searching for new partners and possibilities. In September 2022 we started to implement new re-branding campaign and actively participate in trade fairs, networking events and co-operational programs
The sought-for solution
In 2022 and 2023 we participated in Go Global Awards ceremony and got award as “Best security product”. In 2023 we took participation in co-operational program from GIZ “Fit for Partnership with Germany” and have made partnership with companies from Germany. In order to increase export sales and awareness of our brand in Germany and the EU market in general, we need to start marketing campaign. We want to create website dedicated to EU zones, for better SEO and google ads campaign. We believe that representation of us to the world would allow to get more leads, sales and awareness of our brand
