Framiore is an international clothing brand with production in Ukraine
Pre-war situation
We found that there is difficulty in selecting the basic units: shirts, trousers, and dresses. The main idea of our brand is to allow a person to participate in the design of their clothes, but at the same time, the cost should not increase. In 2022, we won the startup competition and planned to present this project and represent Ukraine at SXSW for the first time (Austin, Texas)
Effect of the war
On February 25, 2022, we went to work and began to design and sew sleeping bags
80% of our forces were involved in ensuring the needs of the army (sleepers, raincoats, tactical shoulder bags)
But we continued to receive orders through our sales channels, so we set aside a line for commercial orders (20%)
Resulting challenges
In September 2022, we decided to expand production and make two full-fledged lines to continue working on developing our brand
The sought-for solution
- expanding the product line: creating products of the bug segment for wholesale sales (about 50 units). We aim to be presented in twenty physical stores in Europe and the USA by 2024
- development of 2 lines: men’s clothing and outdoor line: sleeping bags for travel, shoulder bags, raincoats, and pants
