Pre-war situation
Linza Agency began as a small group of freelancers and grew into a strong creative agency. Despite the challenges of the full-scale war in Ukraine, we expanded our operations, increased turnover, and launched linza production to build partnerships between Ukrainian and international NGOs and support global NGOs with content promotion.
Effect of the war
The war brought both growth and challenges. Demand surged, leading to team expansion and a focus on international cooperation. However, we faced difficulties, such as losing key personnel who left Ukraine. Despite this fact, we adapted, remaining committed to our mission and strengthening our global presence
Resulting challenges
We faced challenges in scaling our operations amid market instability. Despite developing an export strategy and securing international partnerships with USAID СEP program, resource constraints persist для розвитку експортного напрямку. As a small Ukrainian business, we are heavily investing in growth, but returns will take up to 18 months, causing financial strain. Building a strong international network also requires significant time and resources
