LiSOLODKA is a women’s clothing brand with a nautical vibe
Pre-war situation
The women’s clothing brand LiSOLODKA was launched in the summer of 2019 in the city of Mariupol. As of February 24, 2022, we had our own production, office, team and several lines of work: women’s clothing, men’s clothing, corporate clothing
Effect of the war
After the start of a full-scale war, we’d lost all our assets and were forced to relocate. And completely lost the team. The only thing that survived was 125 packing boxes. Everything had to be started from scratch, without financial support. Work resumed in the summer of 2022. But it took almost a year (until July 2023) to regulate production processes
Resulting challenges
As of today, the work of the brand has been resumed, production is outsourced in the city of Lviv. We also resumed the work of another line of work – corporate clothing. Beauty salons, coffee shops, restaurants, private clinics and others are among the clients. We created a new website, registered a trademark, entered the offline sales channel
The sought-for solution
We are actively working in the direction of scaling the brand: increasing volumes, finding new offline sales channels, exporting. For this, we accordingly need to increase the volume of goods in stock, switch to our own production and create our own showroom
