Zalizo is a women-run furniture company founded in 2019. Zalizo Company operates in B2B and B2C formats, specializing in mass production, development, and execution of individual projects. We manufacture furniture for schools and other educational institutions, as well as home furniture, metal structures, and supports. The complete cycle of metal processing available at the production facility allows the company to fulfill large-scale contracts quickly. The company operates according to ISO and DSTU standards. Production in 2021 was 4500 units per year
Effect of the war
We measure the consequences of the war in the following indicators: gross production revenue decreased by 30%, blackouts affected production facilities, slowing production by 30%, disruption of the supply chain, increase in the cost of the product by 25%, loss of 40% of sales markets. Nevertheless, Zalizo continues to participate in public tenders and develop new sales channels, look for innovative solutions, invest in equipment and support continuous business operations

The sought-for solution
Zalizo Company can adapt to modern realities. 2022 we started producing stoves instead of school desks, and in 2023, benches for bomb shelters. An important step in solving the problems was the investment in a new chipboard processing shop, as a result of which, in 2024, the company will have a full cycle of material processing, chipboard, and metal on its own supply. This has a positive effect on indicators: improved quality control, shortened production times by 20%, shortened the expensive chain of suppliers and reduced the cost of production by 15%. In 2023, we received 3 large contracts for the supply of school furniture and successfully fulfilled them. Zalizo Company is an officially registered UN supplier. We are actively looking for new partners and are preparing to enter foreign markets
