Pre-war situation
Thanks to the experience borrowed from European microbiology companies, the culture of innovation and the development of special products and services for the needs of microbiological laboratories, we were able to build a full-scale production facility in Kharkiv. We received certification and intended to enter the export market
Effect of the war
Despite the ongoing challenges of the war, we have steadfastly continued our operations in Kharkov, Ukraine, recognizing the vital role our products play in supporting laboratories and hospitals. Furthermore, we are in the process of constructing a new production facility in Khmelnitsky, strategically positioned closer to the Romania border, to effectively cater to the entire western region of Ukraine. Our production is certified according to ISO 11133:2014, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015
Resulting challenges
The main challenges include issues with financing and credit support for businesses, as well as logistics and the complicated import of raw materials
The sought-for solution
To address these challenges, we have explored alternative financing options, such as government grants and subsidies.Also international grants. To overcome logistical challenges and difficulties in importing raw materials, we looked for alternative sources closer to home or in more stable regions. Also optimized supply chain management and collaborated with logistics experts
