Pre-war situation
Before the war, we had a recruitment agency with 19 offices around Ukraine. Worked since 2002 as a family business. We were placing around 2000-3000 candidates per year on positions to European employers
Effect of the war
Due to the ongoing conflict, we’ve made the difficult decision to close all physical offices. However, this situation has allowed us to redirect our full attention and resources towards the development and expansion of our video-based job app, Seeto
Resulting challenges
The closure of our offices has necessitated a complete overhaul of our operations, requiring us to pivot from our traditional recruiting model to establishing a tech startup
