Sweet Lemon is a beauty company that manufactures cosmetics for face and hair routine with high effective ingredients. 2021 was a year with very fast growth for the company. So, SWEET LEMON had new clients, rented a new office and manufacturer square. Company’s sales was growing

Effect of the war

For the first months the owner of the company Nataliia lived in Romania, so all was stopped. She donated all cosmetics for our Odesa territorial defense. In march clients returned to shopping in an online shop, so she returned for a few days once a month to open manufacturer and do the small parties of cosmetics. The company was working in such conditions for July. After? Nataliia returned to Ukraine, and opened the manufacturer to 100%. Sales dropped by 40%, and even now the company can’t make a good profit

 

Resulting challenges

Poor purchasing power. Regular customers abroad. Marketing and advertising does not work well
