Effect of the war
The shameful war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine has had a major impact on our business. In the first months after the invasion, we did not work at all until 15.05.22. We felt the mood of our target audience. Currently, we have only 2 employees in our team
Resulting challenges
Since the beginning of the war, we have changed our business model, we are looking for a new target audience and plan to expand our sales markets, both in Ukraine and abroad, online. We plan to train our staff and improve our approach to work, develop a new marketing strategy, and create and actively promote digital channels

On the existing site for children’s dresses, you need to create the second part of the site specifically for the wedding salon by placing: wedding, evening dresses and handmade accessories of your own production, as the site of the wedding salon, made in 2012, is not relevant today
