Pre-war situation
The company was founded in 2015. Company’s main product is wooden wall panels and bespoke furniture. Until 2022, primary market was Ukraine. In the Ukrainian market, we have the widest range of wall panels. We have implemented over 300 projects in Ukraine. Over the past 8 years, our loyal clients and partners have included owners of private residences, commercial, and public space
Effect of the war
After the onset of full-scale hostilities, the Ukrainian market experienced a significant downturn, which prompted to seek new opportunities and expand our product range. This led to the introduction of the EASY STORY line of conceptual furniture. During this period, company also began exploring opportunities to expand sales market. In 2023, company participated in a trade mission and exhibited at the DecorEx in London
Resulting challenges
In 2023, company actively and fairly successfully developed communication with target audience England and the USA. In 2024, we also plan to expand sales into European markets.
The sought-for solution
One of the solutions that was found is the necessity to develop sales in the Netherlands and Belgium. Company’s main tasks include researching and identifying necessary conditions for promoting the EASY STORY product, as well as finding the target audience and organizing sales in these countries’ markets
Furniture collection is already showcased in a showroom in the center of The Hague
